First: Email Jim@DaystarOnLine.com to notify me of your intentions. You will receive a reply issuing your official ID that you will use on the website to make all your pics.

For EACH entrant include:

Name
Email Address

Snail Mailing Address (for any prize money won)

 

Second: Send a check covering the “Entrance Fee” in the amount of $6.00 for each person signing up to the following address:
